South Islay Development

We currently own and run the community Filling Station and Mobile Home Service Point and have done since 2014. It has been successfully making profit for now 2 years.

Our new project/development at the moment is Port Ellen Playing Fields and possibly The Ramsay Hall in Port Ellen. We are looking at an asset transfer with Argyll and Bute Council. And the transfer of community land with our solicitors at the moment for the Playing Fields.
