Our initial response to the Community Right to Buy Review

The Scottish Government is starting a review of the Community Rights to Buy (CRtB). As they start to design the consultation process they have contacted stakeholders and communities to informally feed in their experiences to help shape the consultation. We have collected evidence and experiences from our members, as well as various pieces of research we have conducted on CRtB over the past few years. This paper is a condensed version of the evidence we collected and we look forward to putting more evidence forward during the formal consultation process and working with our members to make sure CRtB is fit for purpose and delivering much greater opportunities for communities.
