Routes to Community Ownership in Glasgow

Are you a community interested in owning land or buildings? As part of our work with Creative Climate Futures we will be hosting an in-person session focused on routes to ownership for community groups.
We be talking about negotiating with landowners and discussing Community rights to buy. We will also have presentations from Development Trusts and Association Scotland (DTAS) to talk through community asset transfer, and from the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer (KLTR) to discuss their new Ownerless Property Transfer Scheme. You will also get the opportunity to hear more about the Creative Climate Futures project.
