Join us for a 90-minute lunchtime policy session with our Policy Manager, Josh Doble. He’ll share updates on upcoming policy changes and what they mean for community landowners. You’ll also have the chance to discuss the policy challenges your community is facing and contribute to shaping our manifesto for the next elections.

3. Upcoming bills: Community Wealth Building and Natural Environment
4. Update on our on-going work with the Scottish Community Coalition on Energy
5. Discussion of concerns flagged up Members during visits: planning, housing, short-term lets, fair work issues, strategic renewable energy concerns
6. Discussion: what are your policy concerns?

This is the first in what we hope will be a series of meet-ups, offering Members the chance to exchange ideas, stay informed, and help set priorities for the future of community landownership in Scotland.
