Meet the Pioneers: Community ownership in villages

Many villages across Scotland now own land and buildings, often with a view to regenerating the economy, saving vital services and creating a strong sense of community.  In this webinar we will hear from:

Cathy Low of Findhorn Village Conservation Company in Moray, which owns an array of different land and built assets including workshops, amenity land and an award-winning Aire

Richard Fyfe of Culbokie Community Trust, which purchased land through Community Right to Buy and is working in partnership with a developer to create a village green and community facilities and increase the amount of affordable housing in Culbokie.

Following presentations from the speakers, participants will engage in a short Q&A session.
