Isle of Gigha Heritage Trust

A Woodland Weaving morning session with the Countryside Ranger Service on DIY mini looms. This session is limited to 12 adult participants.
From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM there will be an afternoon tea in the hall, which is open to all residents to come along. There will be additional yarn available at the hall for residents to create yarn hearts/stars and create bunting with their memories attached.
This event is part of Community Land Week, the festival of community ownership in Scotland. In 2023, nearly 50 communities from across Scotland will celebrate, with events ranging from guided walks across community-owned land and mushroom cultivation workshops, to pumpkin festivals and ceilidhs.
