Non-fiscal options to control second homes in areas of housing pressure in Scotland

With support from HIE and SOSE, Community Land Scotland commissioned Inherit and Contour Town Planning to research potential non-fiscal options that could help control the number of second homes, taken out of full-time residential use, where this is impacting on housing opportunities for year-round residents.
