How to include more landholdings in the Land Reform Bill – including urban Scotland

We’ve written a short briefing for the NZET Committee in the Scottish Parliament setting out why the thresholds for the new mechanisms to be applied need to be lower and aligned, as well as the inclusion of Sites of Community Significance so that land and buildings in Scotland’s cities, towns and villages can be included.
