Community Right to Buy Review – Consultation Response

We have responded to the Scottish Government’s consultation on Community Right to Buy. This consultation was part of a review aimed at simplifying the process and exploring improvements that could be made to existing legislation.

We held events with our Members alongside the Scottish Crofting Federation and Development Trusts Association Scotland in order to inform our response to the consultation and ensure our Members voices were represented.
