Community Right to Buy Register Research

The aim of this research project was to analyse Community Right to Buy (CRtB) applications to better inform the Community Land Scotland response to the Land Reform Act consultation, the review of the Community Empowerment Act, and related legislative and policy programmes. This research gives an historic view on the functioning of the CRtB.
