A Fair Energy Deal – executive summary

This executive summary was created along with Community Energy Scotland, Development Trust Association Scotland, Scottish Community Alliance and Scottish Communities Finance. It sets out the opportunity to seriously increase community owned energy, the establishment of new community benefit models and the reform of existing ones. This is the first publication from this working group, more detailed policy papers on each of the proposals within this summary will follow in due course.
