Heriot Community Trust

Heriot Community Trust was formally incorporated on 8 April 2026 with its main purpose to acquire “Shoestanes Community Park” near Heriot station, with the aim of creating a shared outdoor space with:

woodland paths,
boardwalks,
sports/play areas,
a pond,
and horticultural/community growing space.
