Erskine Riverfront Development Trust

The Erskine Riverfront Development Trust was set up in September 2024 with the aim of protecting nature and to improve local green spaces. Their main goals include:

• Protecting ancient woodlands and helping local wildlife thrive.
• Encouraging eco-friendly travel (like walking and cycling paths).
• Creating a community centre near the riverfront for people to gather and enjoy.

They’re part of Scotland’s voluntary sector and are working alongside local councils to make sure Erskine’s riverfront is developed in a way that benefits both people and nature.
