Connecting Experience, Building Action
Join community organisations and individuals in Glasgow for a collaborative networking and learning event focused on the practical realities of Community Ownership in urban Scotland.
Hosted at Kinning Park Complex, this event will explore key issues including the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act, Asset Transfer Requests, the role of ALEOs (Arm’s Length External Organisations), and emerging challenges and opportunities identified by participants.
Through peer learning and open discussion, attendees will share experiences of what is working, what barriers remain, and where collective action could help drive change. The event will conclude with agreed actions and priorities for Community Land Scotland to take forward, helping ensure that this event delivers practical impact beyond discussion.
