Skye Ferry Property Trust

The Isle of Skye Ferry CIC owns and operates the last ferry of its kind in existence between Glenelg on the mainland and Kylerhea on the Island of Skye.
The Skye Ferry Property Trust has been established in order to further their interests in acquiring the slipways either side of the narrows and the land that immediately surrounds them. Having this property, under the control of the Trust, will ensure these vital assets are protected for the ferry service and be permanently under community control and ownership – for the benefit of the local communities.
