Research – Diversity and Inclusion within Community Ownership

Community Land Scotland commissioned Community Enterprise to research the experiences of diverse groups involvement with community land ownership across Scotland and develop policy responses. Recognising that legislative changes in recent years have created new opportunities for communities to take ownership of land and assets, there is an ongoing desire to build a more inclusive model for community land ownership. By understanding the experiences and needs of diverse groups, the community land sector can enhance its support and effectiveness.
