Ettrick and Yarrow Community Development Company * Kirkhope Mill Open Day

Open studio day with arts and crafts from resident makers as well as local artists at Kirkhope Mill, a converted corn mill now in community ownership with 7 office and studio spaces as well as a communal meeting room.

This community led development transformed an old farm steading into 5 eco-friendly affordable houses to rent as well as creating the workshop space in Kirkhope Mill.  The development was completed in 2022 and includes ground source heat pumps, PV panels and battery storage for each house as well as in the business units. Refreshments available as well as guided tours.
