Upper Eskdale Development Group * A Night of Celebration!

Upper Eskdale Development Group invite you to celebrate the community ownership of The Old School Hub and Café, Eskdalemuir, with support from the Community Land Scotland Festival fund.

Bring along memorabilia of the school or the local community — photos, keepsakes, or other items — to share, display, and inspire conversation. This is a chance to celebrate the school’s history, reflect on the achievements of the community in retaining it as a local asset, and look forward to its role for future generations.

The evening will include:

• Curry supper
• Quiz and community activities
• Karaoke
• Display of the school’s history

Tickets are £8 (free for under 16s). A bar will be open throughout the evening, and a raffle will be held, with proceeds supporting the Water for Hope project. You’re welcome to drop in and/or bring along raffle prizes to support the cause.

We’d encourage you to book in advance (hub@eskdalemuir.com or at the Hub) so we can plan food — limited tickets will also be available on the door.
