We’ll start with the basics\, then dive into the practical challenges of making community assets thrive. \nThis free session will cover: \n\nMaking assets work – How to increase revenue\, manage costs\, and ensure your community asset is a sustainable resource.\nUnderstanding the support network – Meet representatives from Community Land Scotland\, the Scottish Land Fund\, funders\, and peer communities who can provide guidance\, expertise\, and practical help.\nLearning from others – Hear from a featured community group tackling these challenges firsthand.\n\nThere’ll be short presentations\, plenty of time for questions\, informal chats\, and the chance to connect with people who’ve “been there\, done that.” \nWhether you’re looking to boost your asset’s potential or connect with a network of support\, this session is for you.
