Following the publishing of Community Land Scotland’s report celebrating the achievements of the first five years of urban land reform and community ownership and the accompanying panel discussion on the learnings and opportunities, we are hosting an event to bring together groups from Scotland’s urban areas.
This will be the third urban land gathering facilitated by Community Land Scotland and we want this to be a space to learn new things, connect with others working on similar projects and discuss topics important to you.
The session will be hosted on Zoom. Register to receive the event link.
You will be able to select 2 sessions to take part in as part of the registration process.
You will have the opportunity to find out more about:
- The Scottish Land Fund
- Negotiated private sales
- Community Ownership Hub: Glasgow and Clyde Valley
As well as take part in discussions focusing on specific challenges or areas of interest:
- Community woodlands and greenspace
- Historic buildings
- (TBC) Engagement with landowners – Land Rights and Responsibilities
We will also host an open space session for participants to share their aspirations, community ownership journey experiences and more.
