Ross is our Finance Advisor in the Natural Capital Partnerships programme. Ross supports communities in delivering nature restoration projects and makes sure the transition to a greener economy benefits local people.

He works with communities, landowners and developers to create opportunities for biodiversity enhancement, sustainable land management, and climate resilience. Before joining Community Land Scotland, Ross worked in forestry, supporting woodland creation and ecological restoration projects across Scotland. With a background in project management, technology, and stakeholder engagement, he helps connect policy, funding, and community-led environmental action.
