Kenny supports Community Land Scotland because…

“I have been aware of some of the issues connected with land reform for some time such as rural depopulation and the high cost of owning or renting housing in rural and urban Scotland. However until I began learning about what we call ‘land reform’ more recently, I didn’t fully understand why these problems existed or what could be done about them. I think joining Community Land Scotland is a very practical step which I hope supports those who are directly involved in tackling the inequalities that exist in land ownership. Attending the Community Land Scotland conference at the Drummossie Hotel was inspiring. I have great admiration for those communities that take on a buy-out project.”
